Book 5, Rose Gardner Mystery - A Rose Gardner Mystery

This book can be downloaded and read in Apple Books on your Mac or iOS device.

Description

The fifth book in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today Bestselling Rose Gardner Mystery series.

There's no denying trouble finds Rose Gardner like a divining rod finds water, especially when Rose finds herself in the middle of a bank robbery. But after the robbers steal her deposit bag—containing a large amount of cash—she soon finds out that thanks to her sister Violet’s financial mismanagement, trouble is threatening her business as well.

To top it off, Rose’s ex-boyfriend Joe Simmons has moved back to Henryetta to fill the chief deputy sheriff position. Rose’s involvement as a witness is the perfect opportunity for Joe to reinsert himself into her life. But Mason Deveraux, Fenton County Assistant District Attorney and Rose’s new boyfriend, has waited too long for Rose to give her up without a fight.

Rose’s pregnant best friend, Neely Kate, suggests they find the robbers using Rose’s visions and Neely Kate’s knowledge about everything in town. The women are soon hot on the trail of the stolen money, but Rose is caught off guard when Neely Kate’s snoopiness detects the biggest complication of all: Rose might be expecting a baby of her own.

And a Half Series

I don’t remember how I found this Series, Maybe it found me.
I love reading anything, but my search for murder mysteries ended one snowy day with the #1 book, Twenty Eight & a Half. I haven’t been disappointed in any of the sequence, today ending with this #5.

The best so far!

The best so far… Once again, Rose seems to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. While her current boyfriend, Mason, supports her, her ex-boyfriend, Joe, thinks she has somehow caused the trouble herself. Rose inadvertently gest mixed up in the Henrietta underground crime world while trying to recover her stolen money. We meet other interesting characters and get to know Neely Kate even more. So far this was my favorite book in the series partly because Rose really demonstrates her strength and her ability to stand up to other characters, even her sister. I love this series.

Love it!

I don't think I could ever get enough of Rose Gardner, Her Man and her crazy fun friends. I almost wish these people existed and they were my friends.

Rose has finally made her choice on who she wants to be with and the winner is Mason. However, Joe (rose's first love) refuses to give up without a fight. Joe is not going anywhere anytime soon and you have to wonder if this will pu a wrench in Rose and Mason's new relationship.

Not that Rose needs to find her life in anymore turmoil, she finds herself smacked dab in the middle of a bank robbery. Unfortuntely the money that is stolen but's her nursery business in trouble. Rose refuses to ask Mason for the Money and decides to use her visions to investigate who stole her money. This lands her and Neely Kate into trouble they might not be able to get away from.
