Great plan

Got jackie's book after seeing her in thintervention show. Much of the book focuses on the same theories that accupuncturers use with balancing out the body and cleaning, detoxing the system so your hormones don't get out of whack. At first I couldn't believe all the foods I had to add to my diet but now it's getting easier. I've incorporated the 20 treadmill series, which is hard but good. I like it because its only 20 min no excuses, I can do 20 min. My first 3 days on jump start plan I had lost 4 pounds. With a busy, hectic life, it' s hard to get all the planning, shopping and eating in but I assume you will get better. So far, so good....believer in her system! And I've dabbled a lot in trendy diets. This clean eating makes a lot of sense in how you want to work your body. Great book! If you want me to be your next co test ants, let me know :)

I've had a heathy lifestyle most of my life. Now in my mid forties I struggle to balance schedules with diet and exercise. Like most people I want to enjoy my life without feeling guilty or thinking about everything I put In my mouth. This book has a realistic approach to diet and exercise that really fits with today's hectic and toxic environment. Let's face it, salads are boring and you cannot live completely restricted unless there's a serious Heath issue that requires you to. Jackie Warner knows her stuff!! You can workout at home, eat well and enjoy your favorite meal too! I spend less time working out and I haven't felt this good in years!

Eye Opening!

This book has, literally, changed my life! I finally understand why I have skin issues, & the real reasons why I'm so tired and depressed. Since reading this book, and getting rid of some things from my diet I feel amazing. I know it sounds dumb, but I literally feel like a new person.
