Wow, I'm not normally the spelling police, but for crying out loud this is terrible! Fluor, chiken, stri....I had to force my iPad to spell them wrong! We're talking multiple errors in the same recipe.
I've only tried one recipe so far. It was good, but not really restaurant caliber, but that could just be my cooking!

I bought this book when it first came out, and was determined to make every recipe in it. I have only made half or more, but most of the recipes are excellent. Some are great clones, and some are good, but not quite the same. I don't have the digital version of this book, but I really love my hard-copy version. The directions are clear, and have illustrations to help with the set up. Some recipes are more advanced than others, so it's good to take notes. Eventually, I will make every recipe in this book. It is my favorite cookbook.
