Torn from You (Tear Asunder Book 1)
Book 1, Tear Asunder - Tear Asunder, Book 1
This book can be downloaded and read in iBooks on your Mac or iOS device.
Highly recommended to read the FREE novella "With You" first.
Love is like an avalanche. It hits hard, fast and without mercy.
At least it did for me when Sculpt, the lead singer of the rock band Tear Asunder knocked me off my feet. Literally, because he’s also a fighter, illegally of course, and he taught me how to fight. He also taught me how to love and I fell hard for him. I mean the guy could do sweet, when he wasn't doing bossy, and I like sweet.
Then it all shattered.
I was alone and fighting to survive.
When I heard Sculpt's voice, I thought he was there to save me.
I was wrong.
*Warning: This book contains some disturbing situations, strong language and sexual content. Over 18 years.
This is a love story with some dark elements. Dark contemporary romance. No cliffhanger and next in the Tear Asunder series is Ream's story (the band's lead guitarist).
Review: Tear Asunder #1: Torn From You
Torn from You by Nashoda Rose is the first main book in the Tear Assunder series. An extremely Intense tale of kidnapping, sex trafficking, love, danger and sacrifice.
Sculpt (AKA Logan), for me, went from being a cold, distant, cocky fighter type persona to a caring, albeit closed-off, protective, worthy lover. I was very pleased with his characters development.
Emily does NOT stop fighting. She is one tough cookie who (usually) recognizes when bending is the best way to avoid breaking. She is head-over-heels for Sculpt and the events surrounding her kidnapping have her very confused and cause her to question her own judgement for a while.
The thing about this book is, the kidnapping is not the main event. The tale only gets better, introduces and acquaints us with more central characters, and leaves me an impatient bundle of nerves waiting to hear what happens with Kat & Ream!
I am very honored that I was able to help promote this book and it's prequel With You. By far this is one of my favorite books of 2013!
Torn from You
Loved this book!! Can't wait to read more! A great book! Loved it!
I absolutely love this book. I couldn't put it down, right after the first book I had to buy this one. There's such a good story line, though it's hard to read because the scenarios in this book actually happen in real life sadly it's worth reading. I want Deck & Georgie's book next. I recommend this to anyone who loves a good romance book.
