Twelfth Night Secrets

This book can be downloaded and read in Apple Books on your Mac or iOS device.

A touching and sexy Christmas-themed historical romance from New York Times bestselling author Jane Feather in which a young woman must carry out a spy mission against the man she loves in honor of her recently deceased brother.

A Christmas house party, a sexy lady spy, and an enigmatic earl spell holiday magic. Join New York Times bestselling author Jane Feather in this seductive story of spy and counterspy dueling beneath the mistletoe.

While others dance and flirt, Lady Harriet Devere has a secret life, assisting her older brother Nick with his duties as a British spy. When Nick is killed, however, Harriet assumes that her work passing coded messages to the Ministry of War will cease. Instead, she is charged with a vitally important mission: spend Christmas determining if Julius Forsythe, Earl of Marbury, is a double agent for the French.

Harriet expects danger, just not to her heart. . . . As the hostess of a holiday house party, she is perfectly placed to closely observe her noble guest—his elegant clothes, his penetrating dark eyes, his virile athletic build. But when passion flames between them, Harriet realizes that only a holiday miracle will allow her to find true love—in the arms of this spy who has come for Christmas.

From Publishers Weekly

Sep 24, 2012 – This 1797 holiday crowd-pleaser calls for an afternoon curled up next to the fireplace. No heat? No worries. Feather (A Wedding Wager) provides plenty of sparks between English spies Lady Harriet Devere and Julius Forsythe, earl of Marbury. Harriet is assigned to determine whether Julius is a dastardly double agent who slit the throat of her brother, Nicholas. She s given the perfect opportunity at her grandfather s annual Christmas gala, where Julius is in attendance. Harriet is suspicious from the moment she meets the earl. He assures her that he and Nick were best friends, but she can t recall her brother ever mentioning Julian s name, and later she catches him in a small but undeniable lie. On the other hand, he s thoroughly charmed her grandfather and her 10-year-old twin siblings and she finds him devilishly attractive. Readers will cheer as Harriet bravely wages dual battles against a pair of French spies and her own desires.

Twelfth Night Secrete

I love her books and have read them All twice. I like how she makes the women so strong. Once I start one of her books I can't stop reading till I have finished the whole book.
