Want Me, Cowboy
Book 2, The Wilder Brothers
This book can be downloaded and read in iBooks on your Mac or iOS device.
Cowboy Luke Wilder only wanted a beer at Grey’s Saloon. Instead he ends up in a fight with a brother he never knew and dumped by a fiery red headed bull breeder he only asked to dance. So much for keeping a low profile. But Luke Wilder is stubborn, and no woman’s ever said no to him twice, in business or pleasure.
Tanner McTavish is more focused on breeding champion bucking bulls than in making out with cowboys, unless that cowboy’s Luke Wilder. She’s had a crush on him for years, and the Copper Mountain Rodeo could be her chance for a little romance except she needs Luke on her side for a new business opportunity. Flirting and kissing are off limits. Too bad Tanner’s never played by the rules…
Want Me Cowboy
Luke and Tanner were great main characters in this story. Luke rides bulls in the rodeo, and Tanner breeds bulls for rodeos. Tanner had admired Luke from afar for a while, but had some major insecurities because of her boisterous twin sister.
I really liked Tanner's drive and work ethic. She had been working really hard on the ranch since her father was injured, but everywhere she turned she felt like no one really saw her accomplishments or gave her credit for her hard work. Luke was drawn to Tanner, but was holding back due to something in his past. That leads to some major clashes as Tanner felt it was because of her, but Luke was trying to do the right thing (amid family interruptions and learning a major family secret).
There was certainly plenty of drama in this story, but I couldn't put it down because I needed to know how things would work out for everyone.
Want Me, Cowboy
"Want Me, Cowboy" (The 78th Copper Mountain Rodeo Book) by Sinclair Jayne. This is cowboy Luke Wilder and Tanner McTavish's story.
Luke and Tanner paths cross due to business. But, there is a connection between them that goes beyond business. They both has lots of personal issues to work out. Will they be able to take a chance on love?
There was a lot of family drama but overall it was an enjoyable story.
