Life changing

I only weighed 118 before reading this book and eliminating wheat from my diet . I finally lost those last 8 pounds in one month .my acne cleared and my energy is high and I don't crave bread anymore!!!!

wheat Belly

I found the book to be really well researched but the author went out of his way to make his point over and over and over. I am a chemist by trade so this may have been my own bias. I got it!! I did not need the endless reinforcement. I am on a month-long experiment to see if wheat may be at the root of my constant bloating and embarrassment at the gaseous effluent. I am not terribly overweight at 5'5 and 135 but could drop the extra ten. Wish me luck. I hope this works.

Thought provoking

This book has changed the way I think about food. It is a game changer for me amd the answer to some long sought issues. My siste was diagnosed with an unidentifiable auto-immune disease last year after years of searching for answers to joint pain, weight gain, stomach disorders, skin rashes, and hair loss. She is now going wheat free.
