Upscale Deliciousness
I have only made one recipe so far, Mediterranean Lamb Shanks, but it was absolutely exceptional. Well written cookbook, nice photographs.
My only complaint is that there isn't a proper Table of Contents. When you are going between pages for recipes it goes into thumbnail view and you have to look at the tiny photos to see where you were, no bookmark index, which would be very helpful.
