From an elite Special Operations physical trainer, an ingeniously simple, rapid-results, do-anywhere program for getting into amazing shape
For men and women of all athletic abilities!
As the demand for Special Operations military forces has grown over the last decade, elite trainer Mark Lauren has been at the front lines of preparing nearly one thousand soldiers, getting them lean and strong in record time. Now, for regular Joes and Janes, he shares the secret to his amazingly effective regimen—simple exercises that require nothing more than the resistance of your own bodyweight to help you reach the pinnacle of fitness and look better than ever before.
Armed with Mark Lauren’s motivation techniques, expert training, and nutrition advice, you’ll see rapid results by working out just thirty minutes a day, four times a week—whether in your living room, yard, garage, hotel room, or office. Lauren’s exercises build more metabolism-enhancing muscle than weightlifting, burn more fat than aerobics, and are safer than both, since bodyweight exercises develop balance and stability and therefore help prevent injuries. Choose your workout level—Basic, 1st Class, Master Class, and Chief Class—and get started, following the clear instructions for 125 exercises that work every muscle from your neck to your ankles. Forget about gym memberships, free weights, and infomercial contraptions. They are all poor substitutes for the world’s most advanced fitness machine, the one thing you are never without: your own body.

I have recently lost 50 lbs, but found myself struggling with recomposition and finding the time to work out. I was frustrated by not having a spotter at the gym. And never really feeling like I was making any real gains. This books has not only given me the tools to revamp my workouts, the mobile app with the videos is an invaluable supplement. Bravo tutti Mark Lauren and crew...this has changed my life.
Recovering from a long period of illness and plagued with multiple back surgeries I have looked far and wide for alternatives to strong meds and idle time laying around. Prior to having the medical scare of my life, I had gone to a 180 lbs, eating at hotel buffets as my job required a lot of travel. During my illness I dropped to 130 lbs. as I recovered I found Marks app "your body is your gym" and decided to regain my weight and strength properly. At 7 weeks with tremendous improvement and strength like I was 20, I wanted to understand the science and philosophy behind this program. I hate gyms, hate hate hate. That made this app and book all the more relevant and encouraging. Together they made me feel warm and cozy as I began the journey to good health and core strength that matched the intensity I have and the realization that at the end of the day only I can work to be what and where I want to be. Mark is that silent buddy whispering encouragement in my ear without the gym guy barking and trying to get me to spend more money. Mark, I thank you and I know the others who decide it is the right time will also feel this way.
