Life is complicated, but the Universe is really simple. We make life more difficult than it needs to be. We use our handbook of life, created from our experiences and choices, to live and experience life. We can choose to update that handbook and live the life we want.

The authors of this book have been married for over 30 years, and we’ve each lived a life made up of a variety of experiences, some good, some not so good.  We’ve learned a great deal about each other and have grown in many different ways.  In particular, we have begun to understand how our thoughts, beliefs and feelings impact our lives.

 

In this book we've put together simple, stand alone chapters that reflect the evolution in our thinking based on the many experiences we’ve had over the years.  It reflects lessons we’ve learned, so you can use it to choose purposely and promote the change you want in your life.

 

If you are at a point in your life where you are open to considering different approaches to living a more fulfilling life, this book is for you.  This is not a 'how to’ book.  It’s a book to help you think about you and how you interact with the world. 

 

Each chapter takes a topic and presents it in a way for you to reflect on it throughout your day, your week or in whatever way works for you.
