The authors of this book have been married for over 30 years, and we’ve each lived a life made up of a variety of experiences, some good, some not so good. We’ve learned a great deal about each other and have grown in many different ways. In particular, we have begun to understand how our thoughts, beliefs and feelings impact our lives.
In this book we've put together simple, stand alone chapters that reflect the evolution in our thinking based on the many experiences we’ve had over the years. It reflects lessons we’ve learned, so you can use it to choose purposely and promote the change you want in your life.
