This book is fantastic! My Dad who is in his 60's was given this book as a gift. I decided to read it to help him and my Mom live a healthier lifestyle.
About half way through the first chapter, I realized that the information in this book can apply to anyone, at any age! I am on my way to being Younger next year with my parents! A must read..

Let me save you some money- exercise, eat healthfully, positive attitude, connection to others, don't smoke, save money! Weirdest self help book for women- just 2 men rambling back and forth! More like the two of them were sitting at the bar and talking back and forth and someone recorded it. WORTHLESS and aggravating trying to read this mess of a book. SKIP IT
