Most people believe that addiction is not a disease but it is a disease of the brain. This is great for families that have addicted family members and don't understand how it works.

Avoid - Inaccurate Science

Bizarrely, a fair amount of scientific scholarship and impactful research studies are missing from this course. I didn’t know what Liberty University was until this course raised my eyebrows a few times, so I googled it and learned this ‘school’ teaches Young Earth Creationism (a fundamentalist form of christianity that ignores simple scientific truths, like evolution…)
