Course Description

K-12 Teachers are likely at different places in their process of integrating technology into their schools, classrooms, and assignments--and have different preferences for which technologies they want to explore. But all will have the same goal—to enrich students’ learning.  Articles in this month’s issue of Educational Leadership share something for teachers at all stages of their journeys.

The Educational Leadership study guide is a resource for educators to use to explore the ideas in Educational Leadership (EL), ASCD's flagship magazine.  Each month, EL offers a wide range of research-based articles related to a theme that is significant for educators today. This study guide accompanies the March 2013 issue of ELTechnology-Rich Learning. You may use the study guide on your own or with a professional learning community.

All materials that are required to complete the course are available online, but some materials require an ASCD membership or EL subscription. Page numbers for the print editions of EL are provided for ASCD members and EL subscribers who wish to follow along in print.
