Course Description

This course is designed to lead you through a photography project at a Forestry Commission site in England, or at any forest area in your locality.

This activity is self-lead at the forest site of your choice and you will teach your children 4 photography skills: perspective, texture, black & white and panorama. Take your children on a short walk through the forest and they will use their cameras in their iPads to capture the forest’s story through photography. 

The Forestry Commission have 3 priorities: people, wildlife and timber. Your children's photographs should capture what they perceive to be relationship of people, wildlife and timber. They will practice taking photographs of people, wildlife and timber using the 4 photography skills you are teaching.

All of the apps, examples and resources are included in this course.
