The Buckeye Leadership Fellows Program

De The Ohio State University

El material de este curso solo está disponible en la app de iTunes U en el iPhone o iPad.

Descripción del curso

The Buckeye Leadership Fellows Program is the premier leadership development experience in the Office of Student Life at The Ohio State University. Over 2-years, Fellows engage in skill-building workshops, real-world challenges with community-based organizations or large corporations, leadership and team-oriented experiences, and deep personal reflection. The program is powered by alumni, supporters, and community leaders.

This course offers participants the opportunity to engage in personal, professional, and leadership development topics - whether or not they are members of a BLF cohort. The course is divided into 4 semesters (sections) to be completed over the span of 2 years. Personal growth does not occur overnight, and we recommend that participants thoughtfully engage in the activities and reflection prompts.

Each semester is organized chronologically, and it is recommended that participants follow the suggested outline while engaging in the course. Every topic includes a workshop synopsis and supplementary materials for participants to learn more.

We hope you enjoy the content and take time to invest in your personal, professional, and leadership development!
