A Very Nice Collection
This is a nice collection of classical recipes from all parts of Italy. Episode 7 is corrupt, so I didn't rate the series at 5 stars. It would be nice if the recipes could also be obtained as hard-copy so I wouldn't need to transcribe it into my own recipe box.
As a classically trained chef I can say that everything I've seen here is wonderfully accurate! I'm actually pleased. Finally cooking videos that don't skip thru the important details.
I enjoyed cooking these dishes.
