Elementary Course in Arabic 1 - a series of dialogues using spoken Arabic in everyday situations. All clips are subtitled in English. Turn the subtitles on in iTunes or VLC if you need them. Arab04 is a web-based elementary course in Modern Standard Arabic, offered at Lund University by the Department of Middle Eastern languages, Centre for Languages and Literature. The course provides training in basic grammatical structures, with an emphasis on actively acquiring structures and a core vocabulary needed for communication in everyday situations. No English Subtitles
This would be a great program, but with no subtitles it is almost useless. The only words I understand are the ones I already know, and it is hard to pick up on the words that are introduced. I hope someone will fix this problem. Otherwise, it seems to be well put together.
