Beware!

BEWARE! FAULTY INFORMATION! Clicked on Conjugate Acids and Bases only to see Hydrofluoric acid written as HFl(aq). This is incorrect and should be written HF(aq). I would not trust information from a chemistry instructor that would make that mistake, especially after this was edited/proofed for publishing.

Keep up the good work!

These videos helped me prepare for my chemistry exams and help for my preparation for the MCAT. Simple mistakes happen just as my professor make simple mistakes in lecture, however it seems as though they are corrected appropriately. I highly recommend these videos and the presenter/host is great! Thanks for the help Khan Academy!

RE: Beware

As far as HFl, Mr. Khan specifically said in that video that he sometimes makes that mistake, meaning that he puts in an unnecessary "l". I would assume that is because HF sounds so much like HCl. However, this is no reason do dismiss any teacher, especially one that takes the time to teach thousands of people for nothing in return. If anything, this flaw shows how human he is.
I think that his teaching style is exemplary.
