Char Sui Bau

It would be very helpful if the chef could show how the pork buns are steamed. This is probably my most often eaten Chinese food. Every time I'm in San Francisco I buy several dozen to take home to Florida for my freezer. Also I would like to know how to make the baked version of the Bau. Just knowing how to make the filling was great though.

Enjoy learning to make different dishes. I have an older version of I-touch that will not allowed to watch all of the courses. That's why I'm giving it a four stars instead of a five.
