Mindful Awareness is the moment-by-moment process of actively and openly observing one’s physical, mental and emotional experiences. Mindful Awareness has scientific support as a means to reduce stress, improve attention, boost the immune system, reduce emotional reactivity, and promote a general sense of health and well-being. Mindful Awareness Practices (MAPs) are tools and exercises such as meditation, yoga and tai-chi that develop greater mind-body awareness and promote mindfulness in daily life. These meditations were created as part of the MAPs for ADHD program. All meditations by MARC's Director for Mindfulness Education, Diana Winston.

Straight forward and helpful
Just flipped through 12 foofoo meditation podcasts with goofy sounds and raspy, bass heavy audio. This is not that. Thank you.

MEDTIATION TAKES SLOWINGDOWN
I can’t relax while the speed of the playback is sped up to get more into the podcast. It ruins the whole idea of meditation and relaxing.
