Thai cuisine series

Instruction and ingredients are simple to follow. Timing is good. Series #8- Mangos and Sticky rice does not
work. The video continues to stop and takes a while to resume. After 15 minutes I could not get the video to resume.

Loved the Green Curry!

This week I made the Green Curry recipe and it was fantastic. I went to our local Asian market and could not find fish paste. I wasn't sure if shrimp paste would be okay. So I used a very thick fish sauce. It worked great. It took a little effort grinding the paste by hand. But it was absolutely worth it! The flavors were soooo good and it was very close to the green curry we used to order at our favorite Thai place in Los Angeles.

Previous comments say they don't teach traditional Thai techniques. I honestly am not bothered by that. The recipe and video was easy to follow and the dish was incredibly tasty!!!

I hope they continue to add more recipes. I'd love to try a yellow curry!

Fed up with Fakery

This is not authentic in any way! You would never see Thai fishcakes fried in this fashion, blasphemy!
