Video cooking

Wow how cool is this to not only have the recipes but to see it made so you will have a better understanding of how to prepare it the right way!

I should have lowered my expectations.

The videos were disappointing. Although a list of ingredients is given at the beginning of the video, I hardly feel compelled to watch the chef with his cooking demonstrations to learn the steps. He fails to show any enthusiasm for the food and his monotonous voice is simply too forced. I'd prefer to watch someone who is ecstatic about what is being cooked.

I just glanced at the ingredients list and forwarded through the videos to gather an understanding of how the food is prepped. Surely, more helpful videos are in existence.

Is this guy even Vietnamese?! I've never seen anybody roll spring rolls like that, leaving one rice wrapper to air dry. Dubious.
