The “What’s New in Poetry?” series brings poets who are in the early part of their careers to Emory's campus for evening readings. The goal of these readings is to give Emory students greater interaction with the world of poetry, as well as to support young poets in the field. Readings are held multiple times each semester. Great Poetry Resource

This is the best poetry collection on iTunes U and a great way for new poets to get their work out. I've discovered some of my favorites here. It has also been a great way to experience the What's New in Poetry live readings that I couldn't attend in person in Atlanta. Overall, thrilled!

One star: can't hear!!

Whoever recorded or mixed these podcasts has no idea what they're doing. Listening to most of these podcasts is like trying to hear someone through a closed door. Get it right - your young poets deserve a sound person who's got a clue.
