Feel like the tank's running a little low? Fire up Nazareth's hard-rock go potion "Hair of the Dog" and show that treadmill who it's messin' with. Power on the pop-rock genius of Cheap Trick's "Surrender" and force that elliptical to submit to your fitness will. Slip a little jazz into your free-weight workout with Average White Band, and "Pick Up the Pieces" of the workout goal you just shattered. We can go on — feel the burn with The Trammps and "Disco Inferno," etc. — but the point is, with our '70s Workout Next Steps, so can you.

It's as iconic as the '70s smiley face: the image of Rocky Balboa running up those endless city steps, the very picture of workout victory, to the sounds of Bill Conti's "Gonna Fly Now." We put that emblematic theme from Rocky at the top of our '70s Workout Essentials for a reason — see, we believe that it could be you up at the top those steps, wherever they might be, soaking in the glory of conquering your own fitness challenge. We know you can do it, and we're here to help, with everything from the Village People's superdude anthem "Macho Man," to the late Donna Summer's divalicious ode to you and your post-workout bod, "Hot Stuff." When McFadden & Whitehead sing "Ain't No Stoppin' Us Now," well, we like to think that by us they mean you.

now its 90$
Change in price, 30 minutes and nothing...
Not sure what happened but I tried to download this today. First it started then said in the middle of the download that the price had change and would be (?). Since I was stuck in the download, I kept hitting BUY for I guess all 74 songs. On the left is then showed this album was ~$84.88??? After 30 minutes, it never showed up in my purchased library so now I am stuck wondering if I am going to be charged $85 for something I did not get... Grrrrrr
