Top Critics' Reviews

Fresh: A light, engaging, well-carpentered film, with a quick wit and a sense of character just deep enough to lend some weight to the laugh lines. – Dave Kehr, New York Times, Jul 16, 2008

Fresh: Middleton ... has assembled a clique of familiar, broadly drawn characters, but her film manages to rise above sitcom status, thanks to their sassy repartee. – Megan Turner, New York Post, Jun 24, 2010

Rotten: Too many exchanges are sitcom-smooth. – Eleanor Ringel Gillespie, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Mar 7, 2005
