Top Critics' Reviews

Fresh: A grandiose hybrid of undersea documentary and outer-space fantasy. – Stephen Holden, New York Times, Jul 16, 2008

Fresh: Less focused thematically than its predecessor, the Titanic film Ghosts of the Abyss, Aliens of the Deep is nonetheless a visually enthralling undersea travelogue. – Frank Scheck, Hollywood Reporter, Jun 24, 2010

Fresh: Often thrilling. – J. Hoberman, Village Voice, Aug 19, 2005

Rotten: We're treated to more intramural banter and golly-gee chatter among the crew than we can use, and are not given enough scientific information. – Jack Mathews, New York Daily News, Jun 24, 2010

Great!!!!!

This documentary is a must! You' ll love it and your kids too. James Cameron's sequel to The Abyss.

Undiscovered!

This movie takes a different look at the underwater world. It looks at creatures that live in habitats where we, as humans, wouldnt last an instant. The researches take their findings and apply it to other planets. What they discover, I believe could change the world. This is an excellent film for anybody who likes Sci-Fi or the Discovery channel. Such a great movie...
