About the Movie

Andaz Apna Apna is a story of two boys Amar (Aamir Khan) and Prem (Salman Khan) who want to get rich quickly by taking all the short-cuts in the book. Amar is the son of an honest barber Murli Manohar (Deven Verma) in Mumbai, while Prem is the son of Bankeylal Bhopali (Jagdeep), a hardworking tailor in Bhopal. Both Amar and Prem are two conmen with no money, few prospects and big dreams. They meet a beautiful wealthy heiress Raveena (Raveena Tandon) who has come from London accompanied by her friend cum secretary Karishma (Karishma Kapoor) with the intention of getting married to a virtuous Indian. The lucky man to wed Raveena will inherit her father Ram Gopal Bajaj's (Paresh Rawal) entire wealth. Amar and Prem try their chances and woo Raveena, each trying to outdo the other. Teja (Paresh Rawal in a double role) who's sole ambition in life has been to grab his twin brother Ram Gopal Bajaj's millions. As the story progresses it turns out to be a mad chase from Ram Gopal Bajaj's wealth, full of humor, romance thrills and chills.

Customer Reviews

Hilarious.

A laughter riot starring Aamir and Salman Khan from the 90's. I can watch it a 100 times and laugh on the same dialogues and comedy scenes.

Classic Bollywood comedy

It never gets old!!! Watched it when I was a kid and can still watch now and laugh every time. Hopefully iTunes upload old Govinda movies too

painful

If you do not have an Indian sense of humor, you will find this movie very painful to watch. It is just mugging, jokes that are not funny, and situations that are not funny, all provided at a breakneck pace, as though the length of the movie were not enough to fit in all the garbage. I rented this because it was in the IMBD Top 250, and it is the worst movie I've ever seen in the 250. By far.
