About the Movie
Gay Londoners Marc and Fred plan for a weekend of mischief, baiting the Christian owner of a remote Christian B&B. Events take a deadly turn when another guest arrives, who they think might have something more sinister in mind.
sublte when needed, intense when it counts
Usually atmospheric is code for boring, but B&B managed to be both fast-paced enough to keep me interested while using suspense and ambiance expertly to build up to the more intense moments. The acting is great nearly across the board and the characters are remarkably well-written. As in, these are some of the most compelling characters and the most elegantly portrayed that I've ever seen in a queer flick. This movie gets it; the subtleties aare what make the movie.
