About the Movie
Bleed for This is the incredible true story of one of the most inspiring and unlikely comebacks in sports history. Miles Teller (Whiplash) stars as Vinny "The Pazmanian Devil" Pazienza, a local boxer from Rhode Island who shot to stardom after winning two world title fights. After a near-fatal car accident leaves Vinny with a severed spine, he is told he may never walk again. Against doctor’s orders, renowned trainer Kevin Rooney (Aaron Eckhart, The Dark Knight) agrees to help Vinny return to the ring in just a year after the accident for what could be the last fight of his life.

Top Critics' Reviews
Fresh: This is a boxing movie that actually gets boxing.
Fresh: Thirty of Paz's 50 career victories were by knockout, but Bleed for This wins more narrowly, on points.
Fresh: Ben Younger's Bleed for This, starring Miles Teller, distinguishes itself by doubling down on some of the tried-and-true formulas. It's a comeback times two.
Rotten: No amount of feints will change one fact: "Bleed for This" has no new moves.
Rocky of the 21st century
I've seen my fair share of boxing movies but "Bleed For This" takes the cake. Miles Teller gives a spectacular performance as a boxing fighter who does nothing but risks his health to get back to do what he does best. I also like Aaron Eckhart, Ciaran Hinds and Katey Sagal. The music is well done too. I also liked Miles Teller in the remake of "Footloose".
Disappointed with Apple
I preordered this movie and still have to at 15$ again.
So much missed potential
Love Miles Teller and he sold his role as the Pazmanian Devil. Only thing that wouldve made this better is a training montage to that of a Creed. Also it seemed as though events just happened without much thought. Story wasnt super fluid.
