This feverish, mind-bending odyssey follows conjoined twins who are groomed into a searing Punk duo in the grimy 1970s. They share songs, they share fans, and they share women, even as their personal identities grow apart. A 2007 Spirit Award nominee for Best Cinematography, this IFC film takes you into a world of freaks and Rock & Roll.

Top Critics' Reviews
Rotten: A glumly serious British mock rock doc: You could forgive the paucity of jokes if Brothers of the Head had anything to say, or if the '70s-verite surface were remotely convincing.
Fresh: It's the songs ... that give the movie its emotional ballast, countering the filmmakers' intellectualized approach and meta-narrative style.
Fresh: So cleverly constructed that it's easy to be taken in and believe these twins really rocked.
Fresh: Apes the cinematic and musical excesses of its era so eerily that it's worth a look.
P.S. its got a great soundtrack
What a great rock mocumentary! Captures the essence of what it is to be a rockstar while also standing apart as being completely bizarre and unique. Except for that fact that it’s fake, it looks and feels unimaginably real. The personality and physicality of both of these characters is also extremely believable. If the premise of conjoined twin rockstars doesn’t intrigue, you may want to check your pulse.
This is my favorite movie! Luke and Harry Treadaway are amazing actors.
