Top Critics' Reviews

Rotten: At best it is a mildly diverting goof with a charmless lead performance. Its underlying misogyny leaves a sour taste. – Stephen Holden, New York Times, Feb 7, 2013

Rotten: The execution ... is perilously self-absorbed ... – Lisa Schwarzbaum, Entertainment Weekly, Feb 13, 2013

Rotten: Sitting through The Mind of Charles Swan III does not lead to a deeper understanding of Charlie Sheen. It does, however, demonstrate his compulsion for poor judgment and bad choices. – Mary F. Pols, TIME Magazine, Feb 7, 2013

Rotten: A noodling indulgence that's alternately freewheeling and dead in the water. – Sheri Linden, Los Angeles Times, Feb 7, 2013

Customer Reviews

This movie doesn't amount to much more than a lazy approximation of Roman Coppola's other better works.

It has a couple minutes of solid filmmaking, but it just remains mostly boring instead of taking off.

what a great cast

Great to see Charlie Sheen back in action. Fun film with a lot of zany characters. Defintely worth checking out.

Unoriginal, Trying to get paid on" trailer"Not worth even $ 1.99 , Bill Murray, cool As the night.
