About the Movie

The "War on Drugs". One of the most debated and controversial topics of the last 40+ years. When hard drugs invade a small town, local and federal law enforcement find themselves working together. Navigating the minefield of local political officials and junkie confidential informants, the team seeks to root out a sinister network of "meth" cooks and dealers threatening to change the face of Long Island's picture perfect suburban north shore. Officer Charles Cooper will be forced to either live a life of denial or accept the new threats forced upon himself and his family. Clandestine explores the "War On Drugs" in a modern day morality tale by focusing on the people who comprise this war; our law enforcement, our elected officials, and our neighbors.

Referred by a friend to watch this...and I'm a Sizemore fan. I found the flick to be engaging and interesting. It also is very interesting in that it focuses more on the characters and developing them than it does on previous drug/narco flicks.
You get a really good sense of who the characters are, what they represent, and what they are struggling with in the story.
I really liked the look of this movie as well. Some indies have an "indie look" but this one really looks nice as well.
I was really impressed with the cast as well. It was really cool to see a group of "unknowns" hold their own with Sizemore and work in a well fashioned and directed story. Nice job and highly recommend.

Entertaining and deep!

Awesome way to examine the War on Drugs.... really cool perspective and worth a watch
