Interesting topic, hard to watch
I don't doubt the guy's ability to make good coffee, nor the mission of his coffee shop. And I love coffee documentaries. But the prospective viewer needs a very high threshold of tolerance for third wave coffee pretension for this. If you don't have that, you will not make it 15 minutes into this film.
