About the Movie
Comedic super-star David Spade returns to the stage in his first hour-long stand-up special in over ten years. Taped at Hollywood's The Fonda Theatre, "David Spade: My Fake Problems" is Spade at his best with his trademark snarky delivery. He covers many exotic topics like doing gymnastics to the tune of "Macho Man," and that time Chris Farley bought him 10 lap dances in a row. This extended and uncensored special is one not to be missed.
spade is hilarious
i laughed the entire time. he's a naturally funny dude.
David Spade you still have it
Really good comedy show that Spade did. It was so natural in how all these stories came out. Last story was the best though I was dying
A Comfortable and Charismatic Pro
I'm a stand-up snob. I really can't take that guess-what-guys, set-up-set-up-zinger-(yawn) crap. 97% of comics, in other words. I needs me a comic so seasoned, so collected and confident, so naturally funny, that he can just talk and get laughs. Spade's that comic. Cool and clever as a cucumber. Plus, he goes through the effort, here, of writing really good material, (to say nothing of his offhand improvs throughout). He keeps the whole audience beaming. Not too dirty. Not too sneering. Just a funny hour plus by a funny, funny guy.
