About the Movie
Diner en Blanc reveals the true story of how a flash-mob picnic, started twenty-four years ago by ten friends seeking to have dinner in a forbidden spot in Paris, grew into an unimaginable and annual communion of 15,000 friends-of-friends dining in a secret location. This dazzling intersection of French food, fashion and culture proves friendship and collaboration can overcome logistics and all else.

Inspiring
The director truly did an amazing job at capturing the emotions behind the creation of the Diner En Blanc. Great, intimate film. Loved!
Wonderful!
What a special and memorable film! It's such a wonderful sneak peek into a wonderful evening that's happening all around the world now.
Disappointing
Good technique, light and picture, but poorly documented with a rather narrow minded vision of the author. By focusing on the ‘founder' & few of his close BCBG relatives, full of clichés, this documentary gives a very partial vision of this amazing Parisian event.
Oddly enough to hear someone emphasizing the non-commercial spirit knowing they registered the « Diner Blanc » trademark in dozens of countries, running a good business from it.
