Top Critics' Reviews
Rotten: The movie has a slew of goofball moments that don't add up to a consistently hilarious outing.
Rotten: You know you're in trouble when the best thing in your movie is a bunch of dead rodents.
Fresh: Dinner For Schmucks is hilariously entertaining. Its pointed messages, meanwhile, make it even more meaningful.
AWSHUM MOVIE :)
Don't listen to "Rotten Tomatoes" just because it's a movie-buzz buisness that rates movies. It's hilarious enough. Seriously? 44%? It deserves at least twice as much as that! It's laugh out loud funny. *MINOR SPOILER ALERT* (beginning) Just because the beginning of the movie Barry - the strange enough taxedermist - plays with his mouses and the movie seems boring in the start, you have to keep watching because it turns out great.
One of the worst movies I've ever seen
We actually paid good money in the theater to see this hot mess, but half way through we just got up an left. The first time I've ever done this. I love Paul Rudd and I do find Steve Carrell funny in certain roles. However, this movie made me never want to watch them again. I was frankly shocked to see so many glowing reviews of this movie from other iTunes subscribers and even more surprised when I saw 4 1/2 stars. I guess to each his own. Please don't assume me to be a movie snob and terribly cerebral when it comes to movies. I own copies of The Hangover and I Love You Man and have watched them multiple times and laugh a lot. I am not easily offended and course language doesn't bother me in the least, if anything I'm certainly guilty of overuse. This was just flat-out a HORRIBLE movie and really should just be destroyed, thrown away and never shown again, if for no other reason than to protect Paul Rudd's career.
This has got to be the funniest movie ever. Never laughed so hard before.
