Top Critics' Reviews

Fresh: "Dudes only" - that might as well be the motto when it comes to big-screen finance dramas. But in this explosive corporate thriller, a dynamite Anna Gunn fights back. I'm with her. – Peter Travers, Rolling Stone, Jul 29, 2016

Fresh: It doesn't go for flashy drama, and the ending is more whimper than bang. But there's the sense here of something authentic, and unless you're already in the business, you'll probably learn something. – Mick LaSalle, San Francisco Chronicle, Aug 10, 2016

Rotten: Much as the group might want this to be their spin on, say, the accessible juiciness of "Margin Call," they're unfortunately not that dramatically dexterous. – Tom Russo, Boston Globe, Aug 11, 2016

Fresh: An expertly crafted financial thriller. – J. R. Jones, Chicago Reader, Sep 1, 2016

Terrible acting, bad script, awful movie

Horrible - even if it was a "Law & Order" episode

I watched 1/3 of this movie. It seemed like a wind-up to a bad "Law & Order" episode. Terrible script, acting, and "story".

I rented this, as the reviews looked promising. The only things worse than this movie were the in-accurate reviews.

Decent story, but has an agenda

If you can get past all of the tiresome, feminist 'I'm a victim because I'm female' cliches, the story is actually pretty compelling. It was fun to see Skylar from "Breaking Bad" in a very different role.
