Top Critics' Reviews

Fresh: [Linklater's] light touch remains a marvel. Though his characters are often just bouncing from conversation to conversation, night out to night out, the film's direction is never lackadaisical. – Jake Coyle, Associated Press, Apr 19, 2016

Fresh: Imagine "Porky's" as an intelligent character study and you're on the right path. – Adam Graham, Detroit News, Apr 15, 2016

Fresh: Likeable, inconsequential comedy ramble about an assortment of baseball jocks who share a frat house at a Texas college. – Jim Schembri, 3AW, Dec 26, 2016

Fresh: The film is careful not to judge or praise these characters. – Matthew Toomey, ABC Radio Brisbane, Jul 10, 2016

Really really bad....

Should've known there was no way to replicate the genius that was Dazed and Confused. The only reason to watch this is for the soundtrack. Super sad this was such a bad flick.

Mandane.

Boring without a point. Repuh collage propoganda... 80's laziness..

The last decade of innocence! Good Movie

Those who are disappointed in the ending aren't from the 80's; where imagination had influence, anticipation was the joy of the experience and being yourself was celebrated. Good movie, Great soundtrack! p.s.yes @greenfighter94 it would make a good t.v. show.
