About the Movie

In the United States, a Police Officer is killed in the line of duty every 53 hours. Behind these numbers are countless unsung stories of both tragedy and triumph overshadowed by negative headlines and criticism at every turn. Pulling back the curtain on this polarizing topic, Fallen rises above divisive politics to expose the humanity behind these statistics within unflinching look at the constant threats officers face and the devastation left behind when one of them is senselessly killed. Giving these fallen heroes a voice, Fallen, narrated by Michael Chiklis (“The Shield”), tells their stories through the eyes of the partners, families and communities left behind.

Amazing documentary

People don't see the pain that officers go through when one of their brothers or sisters makes the ultimate sacrifice. This film puts those emotions in perspective.

I had the opportunity to view this at a recent screening, and I was moved. No way could you watch this and not walk away with a deeper sense of what the law enforcement community around the nation goes through when one of their numbers is killed. I especially appreciated this was NOT presented with a political slant; rather was simply about the humanity of the ultimate sacrifice police officers all too often make in the line of duty.

Fallen Documentary

I watched the Preview of this Documentary at the Alamo Drafthouse in Austin, TX on Thursday 7/27/17 and it is a great movie. I'd recommend that everyone download it here. I think it should be submitted for the vaarious awards and should be shown in every City and that is why I support this Documentary.
