Top Critics' Reviews

Rotten: It's not wholesale terrible -- just depressingly mediocre, and at a certain point you sort of start wishing it WERE definitively terrible, because that would at least make it more entertaining or give it a certain strange raison d'etre. – Jocelyn Noveck, Associated Press, Aug 7, 2015

Rotten: Oh, well - they can always reboot. – Tom Russo, Boston Globe, Aug 6, 2015

Rotten: A lightweight and basically unnecessary attempt to once again bring some cinematic life to one of the lesser teams in the Marvel Universe. – Richard Roeper, Chicago Sun-Times, Aug 13, 2015

Rotten: The film's dynamic is completely off, offering too much build and too little payoff. – Tom Long, Detroit News, Aug 7, 2015

Way Too Fast Paced & Documentary

First of, this movie had a lot of potential, it could have been an amazing movie. The acting in this movie is DECENT, the character development is DECENT aswell.

The pace of this film is all over the place, one second you're watching 11 year old Reed talking about what he wants to be when he grows up, next thing you know he is in senior year presenting his science fair project with Ben.

Another thing I want to talk about is that The Thing is full CGI, there's no make up, no suit, no nothing. The Thing doesn't wear pants in the entire movie, another thing that bothered me was The Thing's face, it was suppossed to be intimidating but it's goofy and stupid.

The final and single battle in the whole movie is 5 minutes long, its absolutely boring and not fun to watch.

This movie is 100 minutes long, which is hour and a half, it should have at least lasted 2 hours for better character development, I'd say shorten the 1 hour long documentary about how to build a Teletransporter.

This film is not funny at all, for my comedic standards there was 1 scene in the whole movie that made you giggle: Doom pulls the middle finger towards the directive board in charge of funding the project.

The first half of the movie (Documentary on building your own Teletransporter) is semi-enjoyable, by that I mean that is more comedic than the other half. The second half of this installment was a complete boring disaster.

I do not hate this movie but it could have been better in my opinion and I strongly hope that the second installment does better.

PS: The "Flame On" in the movie is used once and its used in a douchey, non funny, stupid, irritating way.

hola la verdad me encanto mucho los 4 fantásticos especialmente los poderes son mejores que la anterior pongan en español porfa itunes!!!!!

Fantastic Bore

A superhero movie without any superhero action on it.

An origin story thats pretty much a 100 minute intro to the movie.

When the logo FANT4STIC FOUR appeared, you’re asking yourself, where’s the rest of the movie?
This movie is so boring that there’s not even a Stan Lee cameo and no post credits either.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. One of the worst movies of 2015.
