About the Movie

Everything we’ve been told about food and exercise for the past 30 years is dead wrong. FED UP is the film the food industry doesn’t want you to see. From Katie Couric, Laurie David (producer of the Oscar-winning AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH) and director Stephanie Soechtig, FED UP will change the way you eat forever.

Top Critics' Reviews

Fresh: A very good advocacy documentary directed by Stephanie Soechtig and narrated by Katie Couric. – Manohla Dargis, New York Times, May 8, 2014

Fresh: Fed Up, unbothered by its often crude mode of attack, is definitely mad as hell. And its muckraking spirit, an anomaly in the age of giving in, is inspiring. – Peter Travers, Rolling Stone, May 8, 2014

Fresh: Fed Up will change the way you look at junk food. Or at least the companies that peddle it. – Scott Bowles, USA Today, May 8, 2014

Rotten: Fixating on the fat rolls of underprivileged kids without mentioning class, the film is a more polished version of the greasy tale Morgan Spurlock's Super Size Me told from the inside out. – Rob Nelson, Minneapolis Star Tribune, Oct 3, 2014

Best doc!! Must watch again and again!!

Katie Couric is fantastic doing what she does best.... Getting to the heart of the problem! Must watch over and over because sugar makes us forget how powerful it is!! Join the fight to put health back into society and stop making big business richer and the public poorer at the expense of our health.
