About the Movie

From the twisted minds of the directors of such films as DRACULA UNTOLD, DARK SKIES, TUSK, and THE PACT comes a chilling feature which puts a terrifying twist on some of the most globally recognized holidays such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Mother’s Day and Halloween.

Top Critics' Reviews

Fresh: Some of the films are haunting, some of them more macabre, but all of them play with holiday symbolism in way that will make viewers rethink a lot of their favorite celebrations. – Christian Holub, Entertainment Weekly, Apr 22, 2016

Rotten: The film mostly feels perfunctory and awkward - like calling home at Christmas. – Noel Murray, Los Angeles Times, Apr 22, 2016

Rotten: "Holidays" is frustrating because its creators all have something good going for them, but almost consistently have no ideas of what to do. – Simon Abrams, RogerEbert.com, Apr 22, 2016

Fresh: Seeing how visionaries new and old foster an idea of things that go bump in the night is what keeps viewers coming back for more, and when anthologies add as many twists as Holidays, aficionados are always ready for the next installment. – William Earl, indieWire, Apr 15, 2016

Must watch!

Amazing and innovative film. Really appreciate the effort in making each holiday have a unique twist and style to it. Was entertained the whole way though!

Needs improvement

Doesn't reach it's potential

Ohhhh...ok

This movie was plain weird. I can see the artistic ideas in the skits, but everyone left me thinking...that's it? Where's the rest? For me, not worth renting.
