Top Critics' Reviews

Rotten: Lee tries to spruce it all up with heavy use of split-screen, which is sometimes clever and sometimes distracting. But nothing can distract us from the overriding reality that too much of Hulk is a sulk. – Mike Clark, USA Today, Jun 24, 2010

Fresh: Where so many comic-book movies feel as disposable as Kleenex, the passionate, uncynical "Hulk" stamps itself into your memory. Lee's movies are built to last. – David Ansen, Newsweek, Mar 8, 2018

Fresh: An interesting effort to give one of the staples of mass entertainment something extra in the way of insight and feeling. – Andrew Sarris, New York Observer, Jul 15, 2015

Fresh: Big, dopey and crammed with special effects that take the breath away. – Rex Reed, New York Observer, Jun 24, 2010

first review and its been 5 yrs....

this movie was bad...

Absolutly Horrible

This is the worst superhero movie I have ever seen. It's worse Batman and Robin (well maybe not that bad) but it is up there.

Not better than 2008's Hulk, but still a good movie!

I do like 2008's The Incredible Hulk way better, but this movie had some good acting, story plots, and great fighting sequences. Its probably worth renting more, but Ang Lee's Hulk is still good, just not as superb as Louis Leterrier's Hulk! I recommend it, for rent, for any Hulk fan!
