Top Critics' Reviews

Fresh: Almost as engaging as the man himself. – Justin Lowe, Hollywood Reporter, Nov 21, 2016

Fresh: Bolt's golden era may be too recent and the sponsors too dominant for any real warts to be included, but his charm and sheer physical wonder make this a compelling watch regardless. – Andrew Lowry, Empire Magazine, Dec 8, 2016

Fresh: I Am Bolt teaches you nothing at all other than that he's a nice guy, and possibly the greatest track athlete of all time. – Kevin Maher, Times (UK), Nov 29, 2016

Rotten: At times, I Am Bolt makes for very rousing viewing. However, there is a dispiriting sense here that the filmmakers don't have full control of their own movie. – Geoffrey Macnab, Independent (UK), Nov 23, 2016

Love it

This documentary was very insightful on who Bolt is as a man and as an athlete. I will watch this again and I would definitely recommend it to those who like documentaries and sports. Great job

This showed me so much about the sports icon that had me watching Olympic track and field obsessively. I will recommend this movie to everybody and I'll watch it over and over
