About the Movie
The story of humble London businessman Quan (Chan), whose long-buried past erupts in a revenge-fueled vendetta when the only person left for him to love - his teenage daughter - is taken from him in a senseless act of politically-motivated terrorism. In his relentless search for the identity of the terrorists, Quan is forced into a cat- and-mouse conflict with a British government official (Brosnan), whose own past may hold clues to the identities of the elusive killers.

Top Critics' Reviews
Rotten: Mr. Chan is in his early 60s, and he doesn't deliver the action pizazz here that he used to. Nor, frankly, does he summon enough gravitas to be persuasive in the role of a grief-maddened father.
Fresh: I'm not sure anyone has plans to turn this into a franchise, but I certainly want to see more from this Chan-aissance.
Fresh: This is the most dramatic role Jackie Chan has ever tackled, and he plays it with raw emotional power. And, at 63, he's still doing his own killer stunts. Chan is The Man-now and forever.
Fresh: Someone has finally figured out what to do with Jackie Chan in America. This formula is the right one.
For Jackie Chan fans, this movie will legit blow your minds! It has action, somewhat drama, and thriller. This is Jackie Chan’s best movie and everyone should watch this!
Not a Chan film
After the film one realizes Chan had as little to do with the plot as the word gourmet has to do with McDonald’s
Jackie Lives On
I would’ve preferred for Jackie Chan to be the director of this film. It is still a joy to watch this movie with the action that is brought to life by Jackie Chan.
