Top Critics' Reviews
Fresh: Hokey as Robbie and Julia's courtship turns out to be, Mr. Sandler really does draw some empathy for his character's lonely plight.
Fresh: In essence, The Wedding Singer is a K-Tel hits package posing as a movie.
Fresh: Supporting players are uniformly strong, and Coraci deserves much credit for exacting just the right degree of outrageousness without spinning into some wild orbit.
Rotten: One of the sad byproducts of the dumbing-down of America is that we're now forced to witness the goofy plots of the 1930s played sincerely, as if they were really deep.
this is probably one of my all time favorite movies ever. its so cute and i love the airplane scene in the end ("i wanna grow old with you......"). its funny too. love it!
A true Adam Sandler classic. Funny... even better than 50 First Dates. Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler work so well together.
