About the Movie

Enter a new level of Hell in this chilling Unrated version with footage too extreme for theaters… Christine Brown (Alison Lohman) is on her way to having it all: a devoted boyfriend (Justin Long), a hard-earned job promotion, and a bright future. But when she’s forced to make a tough decision that evicts an elderly woman from her house, Christine becomes the victim of an evil curse. Now she has only three days to dissuade a dark spirit from stealing her soul before she is dragged to hell for an eternity of unthinkable torment. Director Sam Raimi (Spider-Man and The Evil Dead trilogy) returns to the horror genre with a vengeance in this crazy and terrifying film.

Fresh: O, joy, a horror flick that's smart and funny, as well as cringeworthy for all the right reasons. And up to speed on the mortgage crisis too. – Joe Morgenstern, Wall Street Journal, Aug 19, 2014

Fresh: At times I hated it for pushing my buttons so relentlessly and with such obvious touches, but I can't deny it: I found it entertaining as hell. – Richard Roeper, Richard Roeper.com, Jun 30, 2015

AMAZING MOVIE!

I saw this movie in cinemas, and it was sooo good!!! I was expecting scary, which it was, but it also was like funny, so comedy/horror in a way! But I love the main girl, she was in Matchstick Men, and the story itself is really great!! BUY NOW!! HAHA!

FINALLY TRUE HORROR! SAM RAIMI RETURNS TO HORROR WITH A HORROR CLASSIC!

NOW THIS IS HORROR! IT A FUN 80'S THROWBACK TO THE GOOD OLD DAYS WHERE HORROR MOVIES WHERE SCARY BUT FUN. WHERE YOU COULD WATCH IT WITH ALOT OF FRIENDS AND LAUGHT AND JUMP ALL AT THE SAME TIME. SOME OF THE SCENE ARE SO SCARY AND SO OUT THERE THAT ITS FUNNY. ITS BLOODY BUT NOT TO BLOODY WHERE YOU ARE JUST GROSS OUT AND NOT SCARED. ITS A MUST SEE FOR HORROR FANS OR ANYBODY WHO LIKES HORROR MOVIES. FINALLY A HORROR MOVIE RATED PG-13 THATS WAS ACTUALLY SCARY (NOT SAYING ALL PG-13 MOVIES ARE NOT SCARY). EVEN MORE SCARY THAN SOME OF THE RATED R STUFF THATS COMES OUT EACH YEAR. IT HAS CLASSIC SCENE YOU COULD WATCH OVER AND OVER AGAIN. IT HAS AND ENDING THATS SO CRAZY THAT YOU WILL NOT FORGET. I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS MOVIE SO MUCH. WHAT A BREATHE OF FRESH AIR. BUY BUY BUY!
