Top Critics' Reviews
Rotten: [A] dull two-character talkfest that fancies itself a gay variation on a chapter of Richard Linklater's "Before" trilogy. Oh, if only.
Fresh: Tim Kirkman's drama about two men who reunite after 15 years is so well-written and acted you feel like you're eavesdropping.
Fresh: Sexy and emotional.
Rotten: Kirkman's characters are not the least bit distinctive.
An at-once romantically thrilling and sobering story of what might have been, Lazy Eye has an honest and well-executed script that answers more questions about love and happiness than I care to admit. A must see.
Sometimes I never know what to expect from these types of movies. This one was very well done and executed. I really enjoyed it.
This film has a great script and was well-acted & directed. A rarity in this genre, a thought-provoking, interesting movie. Characters with depth, who you care about, but with complexities and flaws like all of us.
