Not WORTH A PENNY TO RENT

NO CHEF'S TEACHING YOU ONE RECIPE
JUST A PUSHING AN EMPTY CART .
I REALLY WANTED TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THIS DIET.
Truly NOT WORTH RENTING IT FOR .99 👎🏼

Was interested but...

This is only about people loving to do paleo diets and nothing about the actual paleo diet and how a beginner can get started on it. Skip it!

Vague and sounds like a sales pitch

First, I've been doing Paleo for a couple of months, and I genuinely believe in the diet and its benefits. I just don't feel like this documentary is particularly informative, and it kind of trails off at the end.

Starts off with some people dealing with health issues then get on a Paleo diet that changes their life and health, and I can relate. The explanations felt a little basic though; just eat unprocessed foods. Wouldn't have minded seeing some concrete examples of good Paleo meals. Some sources are cited about the science and research, which is fine. Then, it goes into how fitness is helpful. Again, a little vague by just showing people doing Cross Fit, rock climbing, or more fun, not necessarily organized exercises. Good advice, but it could've thrown more ideas at the viewer. Finally, it goes into how all of the people in the interview have essentially turned this Paleo stuff into businesses. Some cater, some run restaurants, some are medical professionals that advocate for Paleo, etc. I just felt like that part was a mini informercial.

I don't recommend doing Paleo to make money.
